Domestic Violence Counseling in Avondale and Phoenix
Trauma-informed support guided by your choices and your safety. In person or by telehealth, in English and Spanish.
Your Safety, Your Choices
Abuse is the responsibility of the person using it, never the survivor. Support is trauma-informed and guided by your choices and safety, and can include a confidential space, safety planning, and coordinated referrals with your consent.
Support centers safety, respect and confidentiality within legal and clinical limits.
If you need to leave this page quickly, use the Quick Exit button at the top right of the screen (an exit arrow on phones). It doesn't erase your browsing history, so if someone may check your device, a private window is safer.
If home isn't private, or someone may be monitoring your phone or computer, meeting at one of our offices may be safer than telehealth.

FAQs
Is what I share confidential?
Support centers safety, respect and confidentiality within legal and clinical limits. Your clinician will explain those limits clearly at the start.
Do I have to leave the relationship to get support?
No. Support is guided by your choices and your safety, wherever you are right now.
Can my children get support too?
Yes. We work with children and teens, including after violence at home, and caregivers are included when clinically appropriate.
Can crime victim compensation help pay for counseling?
It may. We accept Arizona crime victim compensation. The victim compensation program in the county where the crime happened decides who qualifies, and can tell you what it covers.
Can I have therapy in Spanish?
Yes. Several of our therapists are bilingual, so you can have your sessions in Spanish. Se habla español.
