ADHD Therapy in Avondale and Phoenix

Practical support for attention, organization and big feelings, for children, teens and adults, with families involved when it helps. In person or by telehealth.

Support That Works With How You Think

ADHD involves lasting patterns of inattention, restlessness, or impulsivity that can affect school, work, routines and relationships. Therapy can help build practical systems for organization and follow-through, and replace shame with a more accurate, compassionate understanding.

For children and teens, caregivers are often part of the work, from routines at home to planning for school.

  • Trouble starting, organizing or finishing tasks
  • Losing track of time, plans or belongings
  • Restlessness, or acting before thinking
  • Big feelings that come on fast
  • Frustration or shame about falling behind
